Wissahickon Men’s Health is a physician-owned practice in formation. This page explains what we do with the information you choose to share on this site. It is plain-language, not a contract.

What we collect

When you ask for a founding-member invitation, we collect the name and email address you enter, and the optional note you write. We also record basic technical information that every website sees, such as your approximate location and browser, to keep the form from being abused.

Why we collect it

Solely to contact you about founding membership in the practice. We do not sell, rent, or share your information, and we will not add you to an unrelated mailing list.

Please keep clinical details out

The request form is not a medical or clinical channel and is not a secure place for health information. Please don’t include symptoms, diagnoses, medications, or lab values. Care, when the practice opens, follows evaluation and laboratory testing and is directed by a physician where clinically appropriate.

Analytics

We measure interest in the practice using two tools. Cloudflare Web Analytics is privacy-first and sets no cookies. Google Analytics sets cookies to help us understand how people find and use the site. We use this only in aggregate, to gauge demand while the practice is being established.

Keeping or removing your information

You can ask us to review, correct, or delete the information you submitted at any time. The simplest way is to reply to any message we send you in response to your request, and we will remove it.
